Welcome to Natural Care Doc - Holistic Medspa :) I’m Dr. Walkiria Marte, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, Clinical Nutritionist, and Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Herbal Medicine (DAcHM), with a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy We kindly require 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 72 hours of your appt time will incur a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us serve all clients. Please note: Complimentary 30-minute wellness consultations are reserved specifically for you at the time of booking. Due to a high volume of missed appointments, no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 fee. This policy helps protect provider time and availability for other patients seeking care. After 10 minutes tardiness you will not be able to be seen, due to limited time constraints on this 30 minute appointment. Please ensure your forms/waivers have been completed online prior to attending your appointment to make the most out of your visit! By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
